Achievements

Setter Ltd has been producing childrens’ playground equipment since 1997 and in the year 2000 achieved British Standards Institute Kitemark status. Setter operates an ISO quality control system audited by the British Standards Institute and two play units carry product kitemarks to EN1176, the European public playground safety standard, also audited by BSI. Accreditation - All of our outdoor adventure play equipment is designed to comply with BS EN 1176.

Play Equipment

Outdoor adventure play equipment from individual tower style play units, to multiple towers linked by bridges and overhead ladders. The main timbers used in the manufacture of the frames are machine rounded and sealed against rot and infestation and come with a 20 year guarantee.

Outdoor Classrooms

Designed in close discussion with head teachers, Chatterbox is a sheltered meeting place, a place to rest and chat or even an open air classroom. Several options are available for seating. Chatterbox can be designed to fit most space and size constraints including square, rectangular, hexagonal as well as an option designed to fit corners. Weather resistant bonded felt comes as standard. Optional roof coverings are felt shingles for an attractive variation on the standard felt roll, feather edged timber for a more rustic look and Cedar Shingles for a stylish natural look.

A Great All Rounder

The ever popular Adventure Trail Range of equipment provides a cost effective solution to satisfying the agility requirements of infants and juniors. All activities take place below 600mm meaning that safer surfacing is not required when situated on grass. All activities are BS EN 1176 compliant.

Adventure Trail

Low level childrens playground equipment featuring balance beams, low bridges and rope activities. This type of childrens playground equipment challenges balance and coordination and is very popular in schools within the UK as surfacing is not generally required.
