Our systems have been installed at numerous prestige sites, including some major London private hospitals and banks. Access control installations can range from a single door to a system controlling hundreds of doors, lifts and turnstiles, and can incorporate CCTV cameras at the point of access. Different sites can also be controlled from a central location over the internet.

Access Control Systems

An access control system limits access through controlled doors to authorised personnel. Typically an authorised person will carry a card or fob to enable access, but increasing sophistication provides for the use of biometrics usually fingerprint or retina readers. Premises with more than three/four controlled doors will normally use a PC to add/delete fobs and define time zones and access levels. We are one of Honeywell (Northern) top ranked ProWatch dealers. We have installed and maintained systems from two to two hundred doors at various sites including top London private hospitals and banks and have linked sites on different continents back to a central location.

CCTV Systems

Our CCTV systems can be conventional or IP based and have the capability to monitor premises using a network of cameras connected to a central viewing and recording station. The systems are tailored to match your requirements and can include fixed or moving cameras, number plate recognition and remote interactive monitoring through our central monitoring station. We have access to the latest technology and innovations including video analytics (unusual movements / face in a crowd) software.

Door Entry Systems

We are a leading BPT approved installer. Our systems allow speech between a person wanting to gain access through a controlled door and a person inside the building who can then admit the caller by pressing a button. Video door entry systems include the same audio link whilst enabling the occupant to both talk to and see the caller.

Large blocks of flats may also include a porters switchboard to provide an intercom link between a concierge and the individual flats as well as to the main entrance. Where cabling is a difficulty, we are also able to offer PSTN based systems which require little more than a telephone line connection to the front door entrance panel.

Intruder Alarms & Systems

Our intruder alarm systems have been installed mainly in the commercial arena. Today’s systems have to be installed to the highest engineering standards to ensure minimum false alarm rates. We are always looking for innovative ways to improve our service. Our systems are installed and maintained in banks, schools, hospitals and business premises throughout London as well as private homes.

WLS have a team of fully equipped mobile service engineers carrying out repair works to all of the available systems. Operating throughout the South East, one call to our service desk will ensure that your system will be repaired competently and rapidly. Annual servicing contracts are also available, to ensure your system is maintained in accordance with current requirements.
