Streetmaster manufactures a wide range of public seating, memorial benches, litter bins and
picnic furniture, and is based in the UK.
Designs are in a variety of materials and styles to suit both urban and
rural environments, and are generally specified by councils, other municipal
authorities, landscape architects and construction companies.
Our Traditional All Timber Seats come in standard weight and heavyweight
designs, both of which are suitable for uses within the public domain.
Though traditional in appearance, these seats are particularly heavily
constructed in iroko or seasoned European oak and possess special features
to reduce their susceptibility to damage. All timber dimensions have been
subtly increased from those normally found on seats of this type,
particularly in the heavyweight designs.
These seats are frequently specified for commemorative purposes for which
several types of plaque are available . All seats in the Traditional Range
are fitted with decorative corner spandrels as standard.
We offer an array of timber options and finishes including, Iroko, seasoned
European Oak, Green European Oak, Seasoned American Oak and Treated
Softwood. As well as metal finishes including Street-Tough (offering a
durable and maintainable finish for steel framed and all-steel products)
Acrylic Coating, Acrylic Plus Coating, Cast Iron and Polyboard.
Cast iron seats have a visual appeal that is impossible to achieve with
other materials, and are widely specified in environmentally sensitive
areas. We manufacture three designs, the Georgian, the Victorian, and the
Grafton, all of which are available as either seats (with backs) or benches
(without backs).
Stainless steel is perhaps the ultimate material from which to manufacture
all steel seats and litter bins. It is immensely strong, corrosion resistant
and has a stunning appearance.
These products are ideal for prominent public areas or sea front
environments, and are made entirely from a very high grade of stainless
steel, 316, which is highly resistant to corrosion.
All steel furniture is increasingly specified to address the vandalism
problems encountered in today’s hostile environments.
The Universal Bench System offers very cost effective modular seating by
using standard board sections which can be straight, mitred for corners, or
curved in eight different radii.
