Staircase Design
All our staircases are individually designed using the latest CAD

All stairways are produced in our purpose designed factory and are subject
to strict quality controls throughout all operations. We use our vast
experience in many types of material to ensure optimum quality. From the

Staircase Installation
We offer a fixing service throughout the UK and Republic of Ireland for all
our products, which normally includes site surveys and a visit by one of our

Staircase Applications
Concrete Staircases
The versatility of pre-cast concrete enables us to design and manufacture
spiral staircases that are elegant, functional and robust. We have refined a
number of production techniques which allow us to offer an extensive range
of finishes and textures.
Internal Staircases
Concrete spiral staircases for internal use are normally supplied in a white
fair face finish with a recess to the top surface to receive a floor finish.
Alternatively, treads can be supplied in a plain finish or with a non-slip
carborundum nosing. The concrete is treated with a silicon sealer to protect
the finish and allow easy cleaning.
Outdoor Spiral Stairs
It is essential that all outdoor spiral stairs have a non-slip surface to
ensure safety for users. Our standard finish is exposed aggregate, which is
both attractive and durable. Alternatively, treads can be supplied with a
non-slip carborundum nosing or a shot-blasted surface. External stairways
are available with the invisible 'Sno-melt' electric trace heating system to
give protection against ice and snow.
Spiral Balustrades
We offer an extensive range of balustrades for all situations. The basic
system comprises circular vertical balusters with a flat bar or tubular
handrail. We also offer full tubular systems with the option of infill
panels in perforated sheet or glass, and high quality custom balustrade
designs in polished stainless steel. All systems are available in a variety
or combination or finishes such as galvanising or powder coating - for
prestige locations we manufacture handrails in stainless steel and timber.
Metal spiral staircases
Steel is the most popular metal for spiral staircase construction, offering
strength, versatility and economy. We offer a wide range of designs and
finishes to suit all applications.
Metal Internal spiral stairs
Staircases for internal applications are normally supplied in smooth steel
plate to receive carpet or floor finishes by others. Treads can also be
supplied with a carpet recess or tray to receive screed. Metalwork is
supplied in primer finish for site painting after installation, galvanised
or powder coated to any standard colour.
Metal Outdoor staircases
We normally supply outdoor spiral staircases in durbar chequerplate which
gives an excellent non-slip surface. Treads are also offered in open mesh
material. All external staircases are supplied in a hot dip galvanised
finish to give long term corrosion protection. Balustrades and treads for
outdoors can also be supplied with a powder coated finish. Outdoor
staircases are available with the 'Sno-melt' electric trace heating system
to give protection against ice and snow.
Wooden Spiral Staircases
Our range of wooden spiral staircases combine the strength of a steel centre
column with the beauty and durability of natural wood. This type of
staircase is normally only supplied for internal applications.
Timber Spiral Stair Treads
We manufacture treads for spiral stairs in either solid timber or MDF with a
hardwood veneer. A vast range of wood is offered, including oak, ash, maple,
beech and walnut. All our wood is obtained from managed plantations and
sustainable forestry. The beauty of the wood is protected and enhanced by
protective lacquer with the central steel column and support brackets being
supplied powder coated or galvanised.
Circular Balustrading
We offer an extensive range of balustrading for all situations. The basic
