Zaun was founded in 1996 by Directors Alastair Henman and Paul Painter specialising in the manufacture of security fencing systems and gate security tailor made for individual sites and is now a key player in the UK wire fencing and security fencing market and one of todays fastest growing companies in an ever increasing competitive industry.

We are ISO90001:2000 registered and manufacture from our base consisting of 50,000 square feet on a 5 acre site situated in the West Midlands. We are members of the Fencing Contractors Association, The Sports and Play Construction Association and The European Fencing Industry Association.

We manufacture all our security fencing, wire fencing and gate security in-house, with a minimum of the work outsourced allowing us to maintain a very high degree of quality in the product, which has helped us build a reputation as a fencing manufacturer who delivers quality, from the initial site survey right through to the finished product.

We have now also branched out into railing systems and have now installed a semi-automated railings line. This computer-controlled machinery allows us to manufacture almost any type of railing from vertical bar to bow-top. We can also supply customers with matching gates, electric fencing, electronic access and more, all designed specifically to meet the customers needs.

With such a wide range of products, it is no wonder that our client base is extremely diverse, ranging from high schools to high security installations and sports grounds to zoos.

Zaun Security Fencing

Zaun Hi-Sec is the ultimate security fencing system. The close mesh is used in prisons and other secure facilities as it is virtually impossible to climb. The close mesh also means that the fence is very difficult to cut with anything but power tools. The Zaun Hi-Sec system has been recently developed to make it more secure than ever. The panel ends are covered by a continuous heavyweight clamp bar, which offers no place for leverage to prise it off. The system also has no removable fixings meaning that panels cannot be removed by would be intruders.

The system also utilises cylindrical corner posts meaning that the fence line can run off at any angle, meaning that the fence is easy to install in almost any situation.

Dual Guard Fencing

Zaun Dual Guard is the ultimate heavyweight panel. This attractive fencing system has a close 25x200mm mesh and twin horizontal wires make this an incredibly robust mesh. This system has good through visibility and is also aesthetically pleasing. The Dual Guard system is also available with security fixings that cannot be removed.
