Initially established as a partnership, Carey & Fox Limited
commenced trading on the 5th October 1985, supplying local builders, window installers
and retail clients with an assortment of timber products.
Now operating nationwide,
the company offers a complete service from computer aided design, to manufacture,
site delivery and installation on a wide range of bespoke conservatories, several
varieties of window design and a full range of executive style doors including,
Standard Entrance, French Doors, Tilt & Slide Patios and Folding/Sliding Doors
to suit openings of up to 6m.
Exhibiting at a number of the Homebuilding &
Renovating Shows throughout the UK, our client database has vastly expanded and
now includes; executive house builders, self-build projects, advisory associations,
architects and designers, in addition to the retail market. Our manufacturing
operation has now moved to a larger (32,000sq.ft) premises, almost three times
the size of our previous location, but still remains in the Pontefract area of
West Yorkshire. This move will allow the company to improve upon its inventory
of window machinery technology and paint spraying equipment and increase its staffing
levels by a further 25% thereby offering an all round improved service.
Over
the past twelve months we have seen major changes within the company with the
introduction of new staff in Estimating, Operations and General Office in addition
to those employed in the manufacturing aspect of the business. Our on-going commitment
to providing the 'Right Product, On Time' is supported by a stream of management
procedures used to track sales from the initial enquiry, through quotation, manufacture,
delivery and site installation, maintaining high standards of quality control
alongside an awareness of Health & Safety and Environmental issues.
We believe
our clients, past and present, are appreciative of our commitment to offering
a total and personal service.
Our contracts range in value from £1,000 to
£300,000 covering manufacture and supply only, installation if required and have
included conservatories, orangeries, sun lounges and window and door replacements,
working on both traditional (including listed buildings) and new build installations.
